Well ive got an 06 350Z and just put staggered 19's on it, 19x8.5 on the front(20mm offset), 19x10.5 on the back(25mm offset) with 245/35 and 275/35 Toyo's. i'd like to put springs on it to get the right stance because its sitting too high right now and i dont have the money for coilovers. Anyone out there with suggestions? ![dunno](https://my350z.com/forum/images/smilies/dunno.gif)

how much drop r u looking at?
people usually go with GF210, 1 in front 1.2 rear
If you dont want shocks then go with tein s tech but it only lowers .6 and .7
people say you eventually need to change your shocks if you get a aftermarket springs that lowers over 1 inch or has softer spring rates than OEM springs. If you are looking for long run then coils, if for short run then to play safe, tein s tech.

Well thank you, but i think your being tricked because its in the grass. it does look a little higher in person on concrete. its not bad in the front, but the back sits a little too high for my liking. i was just wanting to lower it about an inch. Thats why im looking into the Tein's. Heard great things about them except they dont lower it enough

If you're going to lower it, do it right. Save up for a set of coilovers + camber kits. Just doing springs will of course lower your car, but the ride quality will be crap and bouncy and it will ear out your stock struts no time... the ride will only get more bouncy hah.
