So, i just changed my front brake pads, and when i turned the car on to take it around the black, the "VDC off", SLIP, and parking brake light are on. Even when the parkling brake is off the light is still on. I dont know why that would happen...

for ur parking break, this is not a joke, but tring driving in a wide street, for ur saftey make sure theres no cars, and go about 15 miles and jus pull the e brake, and take it off, the light would go off... im guessing it will work, cuz my frend had a problem with the his rpm, it was stuck on 2000 and he downshifted not too hard but it moved again..

Wait - did you only change the front pads or did you do that plus bleed the brakes?
Changing pads shouldn't cause the lights to come on unless you let the fluid get low. Since you claim that didn't happen, then it's not low fluid. Chances are that you damaged or disconnected one of the wheel speeds sensors or cables while changing the pads.
