Default grinding noise only while in reverse??

Hey guys,

when i put the car in reverse, back up, and hit the brakes the pedal get really stiff and there is a grinding noise. There is little brake force applied. I think its the ABS acting up.

It only does this in while in reverse and throws no lights. Doesnt matter is VDC is on or off.

I think its the rear brakes that are locking up. The sensors next to the pumpking look clean and undamaged.

Any ideas??

Thanks!

stiff pedal might mean brake pad is either stuck or already engaged,

also check pad thickness. also if u are certain its the rear, check ebrake's drum's pad and/or the ebrake tension
