Are you still running your stock shocks with no problem? The reason I asked because I'm thinking to replace my stock springs with S-Tech.
Thanks.
Yes Ive been running them with stock shocks the whole time and not a problem. I am going to order coilovers as soon as I make up my mind on which ones first and my s-techs will be up for sale if ur interested. PM ME
i have stock springs and shocks, if i get the s-tech will it drop the rear about an inch?
i would like to drop about 2 inches both front and rear.
should i just go with the springs?

quick 2 second search found this
Lowers: Front -0.7" Rear -0.6"
so if your going to go 2 inches doesnt seem like a good choice does it?
Is everyone that are using S-Tech's gotten the camber/toe kits installed as well? From what I understand you don't really need the camber/toe kits unless you're dropping 1"+ am I wrong to think this? Btw I will be running 20" rims on Falken FK452.
Just wondering, does the S tech affect ride quality at all?
If you have an 04.5+ then not too much, the revised rear spring rates are actually higher than the S-tech rears, the fronts are progressive, but most of the "progression" has occurred just from the preload in the strut and the weight of the car. The front rates are a bit stiffer than stock 386/314 IIRC, but nothing significant. Shocks will change ride quality more, and the drop itself will play a bigger difference.
In the rear you can play with the upper spring mount to change the drop (both directions).
