Default Parking Brake Light Issue

For the past week now, my parking brake light will not go out with the brake disengaged. I've pulled the center console and ensured that the wires and switch are all clean and intact. I've also ensured that the brake is disengaging properly. Can anyone make a suggestion as to why the light won't go out?

That did it! Makes sense now. I was working on the brakes around a week ago. Leaked some brake fluid but didn't put enough back in. Thanks again!
