I made a DIY on the install, its on G35driver.

BTW, I'll be making some brackets for the front calipers. I see a few areas of improvement to make the install a little smoother.

Wow looks great. The Z should have came with brakes this size. The stock non Brembo's are a joke. So the whole kit you picked up was $1425?? Sounds good to me.

I bought the front kit without rotors, the rear kit with OEM rotors, Stoptech slotted fronts, front adapter brackets, and stainless brake lines. That, combined with shipping, was a bit more than the $1425.

A lot of people see the basic kit that bolts up to the 08 cars, but you need the special bracket to attach the front calipers to the 03-07 cars. I've designed a new bracket that should make install a bit easier, we'll have the first one made this week and I'll test it out on my car. Once that is done, and I hear back regarding site sponsorship, I hope to begin selling some.

On the 08 G35 Sedan yes and the 370Z without the Akebono's yes. On a 350Z, you need the bracket.

No, you can get a 14" FRONT Stoptech for around $2700. The Akebono kit is complete, front and rear. Now, the Stoptech kit does come with 2-piece rotors though. Look to spend more than $4000 for front/rear Stoptech kit.

The group at CZ is real helpful.

oh my bad, i thought it was 1995 for just the front... and the stoptech isn't 2700 for just the front, maybe thats list, but you can get a much better deal (more inline with what i posted) from any of the vendors on the forum

OP, you mentioned seeing how the stock pads hold up at the track, when are you planning to go out and test that out?

We were supposed to have an HPDE yesterday, but the track was closed due to all the rain we have had. Our next event is June 29.
