Finally got Brembo Brakes... Off an R35...
I took some test photos last night with my point and click.
Pointblank I curbed a wheel and our machinist dinged a caliper.
I've taken some temporary steps to correct the caliper, but the wheel
is gonna need a respray on the lip. If anyone can help me out with a
price below $150 hit me up. Would also like to correct the caliper - so
thoughts would be appreciated. Brembo paints r35 calipers with a wafer
thin coat and no base for the record.

Very nice!
If a caliper is cosmetically damaged, I'd take it as an opportunity to change colors as I personally think other colors would work better with your red/white scheme than the standard Brembo gold hue, but that's just IMO.

It is my understanding that you cannot buy the brakes from brembo in brembo gold
(in a 6/4 380mm f/r rotor) unless you purchase the GT-r r35 setup from NISSAN directly
(to the tune of $11k).
So, I think I'm going to stick with gold. Just going to have to find a way to repaint
without breaking (pun) my wallet. again.

it's not quite that bad. frankly things get scratched. this was an error.
we should have taped off vulnerable parts of the caliper before putting
it in the hands of the machinist.
my car is not a show car by any means, but that's no excuse!

Bbk (f/r all components) - $5k
Brackets/Materials/Design - $1.5k
Time - Approx 1 year of development
Outcome - One off world exclusive z33r35bbk? Priceless.
We will perform some testing once the rear is installed that will include braking distance at speed.
