Finally got Brembo Brakes... Off an R35...
White te's were not optimal for handling.
I am slowly putting together a balanced trackable
Setup. These 18x10.5 +15 ssr type-f's are
More appropo. They also fit without spacers.

What type of shots are you looking for? I will try to accomodate.
Still working out a number of details... My total cost was about $2000
less than an endless "racing/mono" 6/4 which was my goal cost-wise.

So how would you describe the braking? The few times I drove a GTR braking hard was physically painful. Blood rushing to the face, stomach held in only by the lap belt, etc. It was almost comical how bad it felt to brake hard with sticky tires coming down from ~150MPH or so. I can't imagine how these do on an even smaller and lighter car.
suffice it to say it's the tightest braking i've experienced that's not ferrari/porsche
carbon ceramic. i need a videographer that's local to help me put together a short
comp for everyone.
i'm also sure i can improve the stock feel with pads/rotors.
it does feel "natural". people have asked me if nissan offered that as an option...

Not sure how I missed this for a few days as I've been watching this thread like a hawk. I think some people don't like wheels as much just because it's not as unique as the white TE's, butc I love those type F's and the fitment is perfet IMO.
I'm not 100% sold on the Redline red paint/Nissan goldish-orange calipers, but I'm sure the performance it well worth it and you can always change the color down the road when the factory finish gets more and more messed up.
Congrats man, well done!

I am thinking a vinyl wrap. My last bumper fix was red-amaged in under a week.
Prob going to go back to a stock redline bumper w a lip.
fixing fiberglass = $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Just took a ride in this car. The brakes are really powerful. Under hard braking, The car handled like OEM. The weakest link were that the tires just couldn't keep up. Well done. Not to mention, they look fantastic too.
