Ive had someone drive 3 hours from NJ for work. It wasnt really a serious suggestion cuz you are a little far but I throw it out there anyways for closer people needing work. Never a bad idea to advertise.

I knew it was'nt a serious suggestion, Lol. Anyway driving 3 hours to work?. That has to be a very hard to find job like a security guard on the hubble telescope.

Sounds like they are rippin you a new hole...

You might as well purchase an electric impact wrench for like 80 bucks @ Pep boys, and do it yourself... mine only took 1 - 1.5 tops (and that's with being lazy)..

Old thread, new post. Shop tried to tell me its a 1200 dollar job, but they'll do it for 900, I laughed, said are you kidding me, its a 200 dollar job, and walked out.

Get yourself a 20 gallons air compressor, impact gun sockets and tool set, and jack with 4 jack stands, that will probably cost you somewhere 600, then you can all the hell you want, I got all of them in my garage, i only bring my car to alignment nothing else. I am also thinking about to get the engine lift in the future if I am goin to put a turbo to my car, in a long run that will save so freaking much of money.
