Default Need some help please!!!

just looking for some advice, i got an 03 z with nismo v2 body kit and 18" drifz wheels and it looks really ugly with this huge wheel gap between the fender wall....i am just wondering the best way to eliminate it. please note i have stock suspension and everything. with that in mind later on in a few months i am buying 19" volk wheels so i will get a inch but i want to eliminate that gap or most of it now what would you suggest?!

thanks for any help pics of what yours looks like would be great too!!!

WHAT WILL LOWER THE CAR THE MOST SPRINGS WISE: TEIN? EIBACH? OTHERS?

lol, just because you are getting 19 inch wheels doesnt mean the gap is gonna change at all, unless you want to screw up your speedometer.

Cut your springs with a hacksaw

19s will help depending on the width of the rim and the tire you put on.
get a set of springs like stated and or if the wheels are still in get some spacers or a wider wheel with correct offset

if anything, going to a 19" wheel will make the gap more noticeable

as it's already been mentioned, you just need to lower it

OP,

Your best bet is to search here with those spring names and look for pictures, PM (private message) people and ask for there sets ups if its not already stated in some of the threads. Most of the websites that sell springs will notate how much of a drop it will have/give.

The Z if fine with reusing the stock shocks and replacing the springs, many do this with out any problems........so it is by far, the cheapest easiest method for lowering.

unless you track the car and really need the adjust ability then 2nd i would suggest coilovers......as coilovers and springs are two completely different options and in no way similiar.

Hope that helps, happy searching here for pics.....there are tons of them..
