Default Stoptech SS Lines were not leaky

After posting about my leaking Stoptech lines, I got in contact with Matt from Stoptech to see if he could take a look at them. He was very interested and wanted to see the lines ASAP. I sent them up and stoptech checked them out. They pressure tested them and installed them on a caliper to check the seal, and no leaks. The lines were in spec and showed no signs of leaking. That leaves the crush washer or something else in the installation that caused the leak. The delaership says that they checked the bolt and washer and they were in tact and working properly. So I don't know where or why the leak happened.

Matt has been very responsive and has taken very good care of me in this matter. So those of you that might have been worried about Stoptech after my post, don't be.

Never trust a dealer to do what you can do yourself. I installed my entire system myself and they have performed flawlessly. If there's one product I believe in 100%, it's StopTech brake kits.

It was probably the washer, I had a hard time when I installed mine to keep them from leaking because you can't torque the hell out of the bolt and the washer has to be perfect and nothing in between the washer and the caliper to prevent it from sealing properly.
