Default gf210 vs swift sport spings

debating b/t these two different sets of springs. its my dd so comfort is a concern dont care much about my car being slammed, dont actually want my car to be too low. i know the gf's lower more than the swift's but there are so many ppl on here with gf's that are happy. and i also cant find anyone to say anything bad about the swifts either. all help and constructive comments are welcome and appreciated.

Tanabe GF210 Series 350Z progressive springs 1”/1.2”
Spring rates in LBS 336/375 (only peak rates are published, softer initial progressive rates unknown

Swift 350Z linear springs .8”/.6” drop on 350Z, G35 drop will be higher)
Spring rates in LBS 336/364

I don't see much differance between the springs to justify paying more for one or the other. Yes the Swift is linar and yes it's made of a lighter weight metal. I see neither as a reason to pay extra in your case.

In the 1" drop range I would go with Eibach Pro-kit before the GF210. For a milder drop spring I would go with S-tech before I'd go with the Swift springs. Reason is, both choices are stiffer then oem, vs just slightly stiffer. That will help keep you off the bumpstops more often, which will impact ride quality.

Eibach 350Z progressive springs 1”/1”
Spring rates in LBS initial/final front 296/384 initial/final rear 316/421

Tein S-tech 350Z springs .7“.6“ (fronts are slightly progressive, rears are linear)
Spring rates in LBS 386/402 (estimated front intial rate is 327lbs)

oem rates 03/04
314/342

oem rates 04.5/08
314/427

I have the GF with D-specs and love the ride. It is much better then stock. I was in the same position where I did not want my car slammed. The drop is perfect for my car. I don't have to angle on my drive way or speed bumps and my front bumper makes it over those parking lot cement blocks. Only draw back is that you will need a camper and toe kit to get the alignment into spec.

wow im surprised u can clear those cement blocks, i cant clear them with my stock suspension lol. im just weary of lowering my car to much i think i would rather end up with the s-tech that dont lower much, then being too low and f'ing up my bumper and under carriage lol

Dude i love my Stechs, JUST low enough fer me. I just love the way they ride, though. No other spring has progressive front and linear rear...the ride is perfect.

Only negative is back could be alittle lower, but im gonna do the springmount mod to drop my **** down alittle.

Yes sorry it was very vague. I meant it in a positive way.

The drop is perfect once it settles down. Enough for city driving and other real world situations. Some ppl do the rear springmount mod to lower the rear lil more to their taste.

Like others stated no other springs provide a mix of progressive and linear at the same time.

I have an 03 touring with the black lip under the bumper. I was surprised I cleared the cement blocks too.

Pic of car below.

You sound exactly like me a few months back. I could not decided on springs on shocks. I do recommend getting both at the same time so it will be one install. If you go with the s-techs you won't need a camber kit. Just remember that there will be a little gap still with the S-tech springs.
