Default Recommend me some endlinks -- fast!

I've finally gotten around to putting on a set of 350EVO sway bars, and I realize I probably need to upgrade the endlinks before I put too much track time on the car.

From my reading here, a lot of people like the Powergrids, but they won't work with the 350EVO bars. That leaves the Whitelines, which some people apparently had problems with, the SPLs, and the Nismos. Am I missing anything?

Which do you think I should get, and why?

And I need to know right away, because the next track day is Friday, and I may want to order them in time for it!

Thanks.

I use the SPL's. I think the quality is excellent, easy to adjust, and great customer service.

Just run the trackdayw ith the staock endlinks, all they will do is maybe pop a little at you, nothing major. Then replace them once the new ones come in, aftermarket endlinks are not a life and death situation.

Do upgrade, I would go with the Powergrid. My front SPL endlinks have too much play and might be the source of some noise issues I have in the front. I need to pull them in reinstall the oem's to see if my hunch is correct. Absolutely, avoid the Nismo end links at all cost's, inferior product and design.

Someone here said something about having to lube them more often because the joints are open. Has that been a problem for you? How long have you run them?

Yeah, I probably will. When I wrote the OP, I wasn't sure I'd be able to reinstall the stock links, but I did, so that's not a problem anymore.

Powergrids don't work with the 350EVO bars (as I mentioned in the OP).

So it looks like it's SPLs.

Anyone know anything about the Whitelines or any other makes?

Timeout I know what you said about the Powergrid endlinks not working with the (front btw) 350EVO bar(s). But did you call Powergrid and confirm? Think about it, what property about the Powergrid endlink would prevent it from working and yet other end links do work. Only thing I can think of is the thickness where the endlink bolts to the bar and even that I have trouble with. I did try and call them myself before posting, answering machine picked up,..twice

I've had my front SPL endlinks about 2 years, maybe 10k mileage. What that owner said about spreading makes sense, not a design property I paid for, Lube's free on a shelf, we'll see what happens.

Z-1 says so, right on their Web site:
Please note, these DO NOT FIT 350Evo swaybars. They are compatible with all other known brands (Hotchkis, Cusco, Tanabe, NISMO, Progress, Stillen, Cobb)

I purchased a set of Powergrids and decided to go a different route. I'm sure that they work fine, but I think the TC Design endlinks with aurora bearings are a better option.

All I know is the SPL endlinks worked with the evo bars and now my CT-1 bars. I have had my endlinks for about 2 years, but I do take very good care of them. They have seen many autox, a few track days, and numerous runs at the dragon. So far so good.

What sort of care do you need to take?

Performing maintenance on endlinks is not my idea of a fun afternoon, and if there are some that require less or no maintenance, I'd be inclined to use them.

I probably wouldn't even call it maintenance. I have my wheels off about every weekend, so I usually just check to see that they are still moving freely and every now and again put some grease on them. I am pretty sure you can just leave them alone and you would be fine.

I believe if you look closely at the OEM endlinks, the markings indicate that they are made by the same company as the Powergrids. I am not saying they are the same product, just the same manufacturer. And I agree with Gsedan35 - no good reason they should not work with the 350EVO sways.

I have the 350EVO sways, and used the SPL front endlinks, but they made a lot of noise, so I went back to stock endlinks and the noise went away. I autox and track the car, so I bring along the SPL in case the OEM break (has not happened yet).
