Default NF210 Tanabe springs input

Hey guys...

Looking to drop my car and been looking at NF210s by tanabe. I had GF series on my other car before and I love them. Also stumbled on morejapan.com and found that they will be having a sale on the springs which should be a good timing for me.

http://www.more-japan.com/home.php?cat=1792

What you guys think? any input on the springs?

Thanks

Couldnt find pricing. you could save a few coin by buying used in classified section but then again there pretty inexpensive to buy new.gf210 are alot more popular. Show our forum sponsors some love

I would probably stick around and wait for this... just curious how much will it be. I know getting used is a good way to buy cheap. But I'm pretty **** about my parts lol... no offense! And of course there's always love in the sponsors.

1 inch drop = 1 inch less suspension travel, right.

Why would you drop 1 inch with zero increase in spring stiffness vs oem? You need some increase in stiffnes because of having less bump stroke.

2003-3004 oem spring rates
314/342

2004.5-2008 oem spring rates
314/427

Tanabe NF210 Series 350Z progressive springs 1.2”/1.2” higher
Spring rates in LBS 314/353

Your better off making another spring choice. And I do get it that we do have a certain number of owners that don't know what bad behavior is like and or are only concerned with looks. But for those that do care, I'd go with Eibach Prokit vs the NF or GF.

Eibach 350Z Pro-Kit progressive springs 1”/1”
Spring rates in LBS initial/final front 296/384 initial/final rear 316/421

Eibach 350Z sportline progressive springs 1.2"/1.2"
F: 239/400 R: 257/435

Progress Technology progressive springs 1.0”/1.0”
Spring rates in LBS 425/385 (final rates only, softer initial front progressive rate unknown)

Tanabe GF210 Series 350Z progressive springs 1”/1.2”
Spring rates in LBS 336/375 (only peak rates are published, softer initial progressive rates unknown)

Swift 350Z Spec-R progressive springs 1.2”/1”
Spring rates in LBS initial/final Front: 291/392 Rear: 280/448

Vogtland 350z progressive springs 1”/1”
Spring rates in LBS initial/final front 257/354 initial/final rear 285/422

H&R sport progressive springs 350Z 1.3”/1” drop
Spring rates in LBS 370/400 (peak rates only, softer initial rates are unknown)

EXACTLY what i was looking for...and exactly what i needed to know when making a spring choice . Thanks
