I would never tell another owner that. Because I'd never tell someone else to do something that would never ever be installed on my own car. Give me the parts for free for that matter, and I still wouldn't install them. And we aren't touching on how much rear spring rate some truecoilover setups leverage to the rear (Stance not included).

Yes, you reuse the oem rear upper spring seat. You should also attempt to reuse the oem rubber pad at the bottom in the lower control arm (I wouldn't call it a lower spring seat, you could I guess).
yes, and now SPL offers a rear mid link without a cup for a spring. amazing. and even funnier, they sell 'true coil over' suspensions... are you chastising them for even offering them for sale? of course not.
also, I was obviously making a joke. way to ruin it with your seriousness.

Thin skinned today eh. You could have simply not quoted me and I could have edited my post, but you've got to make a big ole fuss. Believe it or not I'm not here to **** on your corn flakes.
What SPL is dong is pretty simple to figure out and they wouldn't be the first business to do it, selling stuff they themselves don't believe in to earn a living. Am I disappointed, maybe "chastising" them a bit, yeah cause I won't sell anything I don't believe in, takes your credibility with it. Which is why I have the text in that link saved in case is mysteriously disappears.
Your running 672lbs/616lbs, that's what you get, spring stiffness doesn't operate in a vacuum. It's a cheap setup that not going to have the R&D or adjustors that you get when you buy quality.
You wouldn't be the first person that has pulled them and resold them because you aren't happy with them, sorry to say.

I need to start using emocons again, everyone takes me so seriously if I don't use them. lol. I never had a problem with you, you are honest in your opinion and experiences.
It also doesn't look like you are running a progressive spring set up, right? if so, then that is also another reason you won't get a ride anything close to stock... you probably doubled the spring rate from stock, and there is less stroke travel too IIRC.
Just keep in mind that it's a sports car not a luxury sedan
At the same time, the ride shouldn't be terrible. But it's subjective unless you have experience to judge how bad the ride is.
