Default Improved Suspension on European Z

According to EVO magazine, the Euro-spec Z has a retuned suspension that is far better than what we have in the US and Japan.

"The changes concentrate mainly on the chassis and were wrought by the team at the Nissan Technical Centre Europe. A few miles is all it takes to appreciate that the ride and handling compromise of the Euro-spec car is significantly better, with a suppleness that the Japanese model lacked when we tried it on tricky UK roads. Nissan Japan is so impressed with the results that soon all 350z's will adopt these new settings."

They go on to say that the springs are actually stiffer, with the new dampers making the difference.

So how did Europe get so lucky? What are we...chopped liver?
