Anyone know an HKS dealer that holds HKS springs. I know HKS Japan sell different spring rates on their setups but i was just wondering if there are any US dealers that have them.
I'm looking for 10kg springs for the Hipermax III coilovers.

You don't need an HKS spring. They don't make their own springs, so all you need to know is the ID and length - Eibach, Swift, H&R, Tanabe, and others all sell universal race springs in various ID and lengths that you could use. I'd be at least 1, if not all, make them in the measurements you need for the front. For the rear, it is more difficult
your options for the rear
1. measure the ID of the rear spring top and bottom from HKS, as well as length, and match it up to one of the other brands to see if it will work
2. buy the SPL rear midlink and then choose your own spring rate, as it uses a conventional diameter/length race spring
3. contact hyperco (or similar, there are many out there) and give them the measurements and see if they will make you something
Personally, I would not even bother - it would take some very sophisticated datalogging equipment and literally hundreds of hours of logs to know if a 1 kg/mm change (~56 lbs) is even necessary or beneficial

I mean the next competitive one. I've already done three track days with these coilovers. I just want to see how well i do on the next event and then take it from there.
The coilovers are great, but i just want to reduce the body roll a bit more. I definitely feel as though the dampers could handle and extra kg/mm with affecting the dampening. Although as you say, you would need a lot of testing to see if its actually made any benefit.
Still with the extra kg i should be able to reduce the roll a bit.
