Default hotchkis sways & powergrid

i have the hotchkis sway bars pairs up with powergrid endlinks.

i have the rear at the middle hole. and the front 1 down from stiffest

i really wanna make the front sway bar on the stiffest setting, but it can not be done without having the end link binding too much!

how are you guys accomplishing the stiffest hole setting with hotchkis sways and powergrid endlinks?

thanks!

oh and also if you guys are just putting the bar at the stiffest hole setting and letting the endlinks bind.

how long has this lasted with out endlinks failing?

With stock shocks and springs, full soft rear and one up from full soft front.

This will reduce understeer and let the tires do their thing. When you go full stiff, sure it feels good untill you really push the car, then it looses traction really easy , and is hard to recover. The stiffer the sway, the more traction your actually taking away from a tire.

the simple answer is the Hotchkis 'stiff' front setting is useless with any endlink - it's simply not positioned in such a way as to not bind, there is no way around it. Stick to Hotchkis' suggested settings per there instructions. This is even more critical since you've got OEM suspension and street tires. There is absolutely no need to deviate from their recommendations for such a setup

that was when the bars first came out and were only 3 way adjustable. Now they are 4 way but that 4th hole is simply too far away to be properly used IMHO. Stick to position 3 on the front (second closest to the bar itself)
