Rack and Pinion steering is leaking. It may be fine now but it will get worse over time.

^ yep......its the steering rack leaking....usually one side oil seal blows........but i have seen the end cover assembly come loose........

Remove the boot and inspect where the leak is coming from...go to a dollar store and purchase 4 of those white hard plastic cutting boards.....drive up onto them...(2 under each tire and turn the car left and right and while laying down on the ground inspect to see where the leak is coming from......

its better on the ground as there is the cars weight/load on the system, but if you have to do it in the air, then jack it up to see...

certain specialty shops can rebuild them.........call around....

Start by reading ps.pdf for your 03 here: FSM:

Notice how its the passenger side....
