Default 04 G35 brembos, 04.5 350z non brembo - swap questions

I might be entering the wrong search terms, and I know this has been done numerous times, but for the life of me I cannot find information on this. I have a great opportunity here.

a coworker/friend of mine is test driving a G35 6mt with brembos today. he isn't a car enthusiast at all and actually wanted normal brakes for lower cost on maintenance. he's just interested in the G as a classy DD. being that I drive my Z harder and have tracked it a little bit, naturally I threw out a solution to him (swap brakes + I give him some $$ for the swap : P)

what all would be involved if we were to swap brakes? I am trying to get a general understanding of the cost behind swapping. any large oversights or costly things I wouldn't know about?

I just swapped from non-brembos to brembos, it's pretty much an even swap, the only thing I would recommend is upgrading to ss brake lines while you're swapping brake lines.

I would also recommend getting some better brake pads. The OEM pads are decent, but man it creates a lot of brake dust. My wheels are covered in it every time I drive. The conversion was fairly easy, just follow the DIY thread that you've been linked to.

Wow, that is surprising your buddy is willing to trade for non-brembos

thanks guys, from the sounds of things, there are no complications involved from G to Z, and the work is pretty straight forward? compatibility issues were my main concern.

there is financial incentive for him to swap me, both in up front costs (i'll be paying him, haven't decided on a fair amount yet), and in lower maintenance costs in the future. it's just a classy daily driver to him, no real desire to have big brakes

I lucked out. still, early thoughts, he has a loan and he wants the car, doesn't mean he will get it. crossing my fingers. : )
