Default Stock Brembo Caliper Bolts On Back Order?!?

What a pain in the ***. Ive got my set of stock Brembos sitting at my house, just waiting to be installed on my car. People have told me that the rear caliper bolts on non Brembo rear calipers are different, so I went to the dealer to order some. Of course theyre on back order for 2 friggin months. I guess all I can do is wait, unless you guys have any other suggestions. What do people that buy the Stoptech kits use to bolt the stoptech calipers on? The guy I got the stock Brembos from said he used the stock Brembo bolts to put the Stoptechs on. What do the people with non Brembos that buy Stoptechs use for bolts? Why dont friggin Stoptechs come with bolts???!?!?! Just frustrated.

I don't know about the rear but I put the Brembo's on the front and used the existing bolts and no problems.

I didn't find anything special about my bolt, maybe you can find one at your local hardware store?

Just about everything you order for this car is on back order. I have had some parts that were on back order by getting someone at the dealer put the order in as "car down" and then the part gets expedited.

StopTech provides all of the hardware with a new kit, so you can bolt it right on.

I did a brembo/non-brembo swap between a g35c and Z, and the back brakes mounting bolts have different thread pitch. definitely won't interchange.

Default g35c/Z rear bolts are different?

Wow, i would have never guessed that they would use different mounting bolts for the 2 cars with supposedly the same suspension and brakes.

Cheston, thanks for checking with Stoptech!

Hi Guys,

We are going to look up the rear brembo bolts and see when we can get them. Most parts we look up are not on back order.

If you need OEM parts we can get them as well. And low priced like our nismo stuff.

Talked to the guyI got the Brembos from, and he says he should have the rears laying around. Looks like I may be able to install them after all. Yay! Thanks guys.
