F that I say get a friend to dress up in all black (even though he has to this during the day for more laughter) including a ski mask and have him run full speed at the speed bumps with a measuring tape in shape of a gun. If he succeeds, he is the coolest friend ever. If he fails... I hope you didn't value your friendship too much.

hahaha.. he would absolutely fail. not a bad thing to suggest to someone i don't like very much with a less than adequate intelligence level though!
