Will Nismo S-Tune Front (Part #: 41060-RNZ35) and Rear (Part #: 44060-RNZ35) fit on a 2006 350z?

Not the front but the rear pads will work.

yeah the front brake assembly on the 06 is a tad bit larger than 03-05
