Default Brake "juttering" of RH front wheel on 2005

I recently purchased a used 2005 touring model with M/T, 26,XXX miles. Between about 5 to 35 mph, the RH front wheel makes a sort of a roaring noise and causes a vibration that can be felt in the passenger-side floor but not in the steering wheel. Applying the brakes and/or turning to either side makes no difference. The car does not pull to either side and de-clutching the engine and changing RPM makes no difference. The calipers appear to be near-new. The rotors are grooved and are warn around .035 inches/surface. There is a ridge around the periphery of each rotor.

It's probably not the brake if it doesn't occur when you're not applying it.

My guess would be wheel bearing or irregular tire wear.

Isn't that a symptom of tire feathering?

Sounds like a wheel bearing... Run your hand from the inside of the tire outward and then inward, if your hand goes smoothly in one direction and not the other its safe to say you have a feathered tire which is an alignment issue.

Thanks for the response.
I tried what you suggested and the tires felt smooth in both directions.

I do not think that it is a wheel bearing, as steering to the left or right does not change the pitch of the sound, which a bad wheel bearing usually does.

I thought that perhaps the brake pads were dragging more than usual on the RH side and causing the noise. Yesterday, after a short very easy drive, I touched the rotors on the RH and LH front, and it felt like the right one was hotter.

This is the RH, front wheel. It is not near the stock exhaust.
