Default Has anyone tried Satisfied Pro Ceramic Brake Pad?

I was wondering if anyone has tried Satisfied Pro Ceramic brake pads on their car?

I just order Satisfied Pro Ceramic pads from Tirerack. I was debating between Satisfied Pro Ceramic & Hawk HPS but I decide to try Satisfied.

I heard that Hawk HPS makes a noise sometimes and I CAN NOT STAND brake noise.

Please give me your input on the brake pads.

Tell us what you think when you get them. Ceramic tends to make ALOT of dust.

That was the reason why I wanted to change my brake pad. I hate noise but I hate brake dust also.

I beleive the squeek is a property of ceramic...

busses use ceramic pads, they are good at heat capacity and dissipation, but they squeel like hell(think stopping bus)

report back if these dont squeek somehow.

I have been running the Satisfied Pro Ceramic pads for about six months now and can not say enough "good" things about them. No dust, no sweaks, nothing but nice clean wheels. My Front wheels actually stay cleaner then the backs now.

Love, em...

Purchased mine from Tirerack.com for about $35-$37..

I have the Satisfied Pro Ceramic pads also. They will have a slight squeel when they are cold but it goes away after a few stops. They feel like they have the same bite as the stock pads also. As far as the dusting... night and day compared to stock. I used to not want to get on the brakes too hard after a washing because I felt the dust was building up with every stop. And it was. Now I stand on the brakes without reserve. The wheels stay as clean as the rest of the car now.
I will buy them as regular replacements from now on.

What about rotor wear ? Are they more aggressive than stock?

I dont think so. They have copper metalic instead of steel. I think I remember reading that wears less. The rotors do have a slight reddish tinge to them though. If someone wants to tell me how to post and host pics I can put up a pic with about 2500 miles on them from the Satisfied's.

I should say, host the pic's I post.

Sorry, it pays to shop the NET for almost everything now a days.

I do not think the grab is quite as aggresive as it was with the stock pads but I do not drive it that hard anyway so I do not care. I just wanted to get rid of the stupid dust and reduce the wear on the disc and Ceramic pads do that just fine.

They very well might have been 35-37 when you bought them from tirerack.com , but they're at $50.00 there now

Thanks for all the input.

I have not had a chance to put the pads on yet but I will soon.

I will also post my opinion on the pads also.
