Default Wheel Bearing Removal Issues

I am trying to replace my front driver's side wheel bearing. I have an '04 Z by the way.

I have read the DIY's and the service manuel. I removed all the bolts, ABS sensor, rotor and all that stuff. I cannot get it off the car.. I tried prying on it from many angles with a huge pry bar and no luck.

Has anyone had issues getting the hub assembly off? All the DIY's say it just comes right off. I road race my car, so it may be seized on there a little more than usual.

Any help would be apprecited.

Thanks

Try hitting it from the back with a rubber mallet?

Did you take the four bolts on the back off?

Big hammer or air hammer. I'm serious. Just whack the shyte out of it. Sometimes it can be a little rusty or corroded to the knuckle. Don't be nice to it.

A punch and hammer tap it, and watch out for it dropping on your foot

Yep! Got all the bolts off. I figured I would just have to beat the hell out of it to get it off. Just wondering if anyone had the same issues.

Had one that stuck a bit, just install the bolts and back them out 1/4 inch, then tap the heads of of the bolts to loosen the bearing from the hub.
