anyone running tokico d-specs on HR z having trunk (hatch) clunk issue ?

Where the hatch seems to clunk when you go over bumps . . mostly during winter. I know that stock struts do it . . not sure why . . but it may have something to do with the mounting hardware also.

Am about to get tokico d specs to firm up suspension a bit . . but wanna know if that may fix the clunking issue that i have also

actually tried that ^^ . . but its not the hatch, its the suspension itself (the struts are hitting something)

Have you searched for swaybar clunk? There was a lot of talk here about end links etc. I replaced my end links a while back and it helped. Now I have the hatch rattle so I'm gonna have to play with that next.

 

my suspension is completely stock, soo i dont think the endlinks should fail soo soon . . ususaly ive heard they go bad when using a stiffer sway
