Default Should I seperate?

I have searched the forums for a few days now and I cannot find a definite answer.
I plan on getting my Brembos powdercoated and I am thinking of seperating the halves of the Caliper. I have seen some people say on here that its not a good idea because they could warp when put back together.
Im thinking that I would need too because isn't there an o-ring between them, and I'm not sure how it will hold up with the oven when powder coated.
Also is there a quality difference between powder coating with them together or with them apart.

I probably wouldnt worry, brakes under track use get really freaking hot and the o ring survives.

ok cool, I won't worry about it then. Cause I have seen people not be able to find those o-rings and I really don't wont to go through the hassle..
