Default Tein EDFC ?

Installed Flex but haven't had the EDFC put in yet. Anyone know how long should I allow for this process and how does one adjust the rears without dropping the rear shocks to reset.

So far I'm Completely dissatisfied with this kit. I hope I like it better when the EDFC is active. Got the fronts turned to 12 and backs on 8 . The car is dropped to 31/2 inches to the ground and still bounces like a buck board.

Flex owners where do you have the shocks set for all around rolling. What #

I had my Tein Flexes w/EDFC installed by a local shop. The whole install took about 10 hours with the EDFC comprising a major portion of that time, perhaps 6 hours. It was the first time they had installed on a 350Z so there was some learning involved. They had to drop the rear struts to install the motors.

I'm currently running about 12f/12r for everyday driving, but am continuing to experiment. I've got pics of my install on this thread https://my350z.com/forum/showthread....threadid=51053

Good luck with your install.

Jeff

I go 5 front and 8 rear for daily driving. I go to full stiff to 2 or 3 in the front and full soft in the rear for autox and track depending on surface and temps.

I think you're going too soft in the front...8 is the reference setting. Try going stiffer in the front. Going stiffer will also curb the inherent understeer (anyone who says the car doesn't probably needs a lesson in throttle application...it's not on or off LOL).
