S-Tech's are supposed to be decent springs. They don't make for too much of a drop, which has positives and negatives. Positives is that you most likely won't need a camber kit. Negatives is alot of people say that you'll eventually want to go lower anyway. If you're going to go with Tokico I'd say D-Spec's because apparently the HP Blues have leaking problems not too long into their lifespans. Hopefully this helps a little

I would return that. I have the set up on my Z now and exactly what te other guy said
1. You want lower
2. Dspecs is better choice
To me Hp blues are too bouncy in a sense that once it bounce I feel like just hopped.
Sorry for any mispels I'm on My PHONE. If you want pix send me ur number and I can snap it.

I've noticed that HP reviews more often do mention bounce and ride quality issues. Plus some vedor's claim the HP application for the Z has 25% more rebound control and a slight increase in compression. Funny thing is, when Nissan revised the suspension in 2004.5, they took out rebound.
"Tokico increased the rebound damping by 25% to firmly control lateral body movement. However, since the 350Z struts are already quite firm from the factory, they only slightly increased the compression damping, in order to keep the firm performance ride quality & feel, without the bone-jarring effects of over-stiff compression damping."
So, I do not recommend the HP. D-specs are a better choice. Yes they are adjustable and you might not be after that, but you will get a better shock. I've driven on them, only took me a couple of blocks to figure out they're worth the price.
If you think S-tech's won't be low enough for you, I would go with the Tokico D-spec shock and spring kit.
Tokico 350Z D-spec shock & spring package part# DSK512 Linear springs 1"/1.5" drop
Spring rates 375/375
S-tech specs
Tein S-tech 350Z springs .7“.6“ (fronts are slightly progressive, rears are linear)
Spring rates in LBS 386/402 (estimated front intial rate is 327lbs)

There is no question the D Spec is a much better damper, but it's also ~2 x the price. For some, that may make a difference, for others, not so much
You also have to consider that your tire selection has a huge impact on overall feel, bounce, roll, etc. Some tires will get along better with some dampers better than others, both in terms of compound as well as aspect ratio (sidewall height)
