Your pads or rotors have uneven wear. when you resurface your rotors, get the pads shaved as well.

???? Pads shaved?

Replace the rotors, replace the pads and your set. Grand total will be under $100 to do the rear. When you get finished installing them , you will be a step or two closer to earning a man card.

Dont know what exactly you call it. But you place a sand paper on a perfectly flat surface, pour water and rub the pads against it until the pad surface gets straight and even again.

My previous pads had uneven wear and this is what my mechanic did to fix it. It worked like a charm.

Looks to me like the pads are shot, and there's metal to metal contact on the outer half.

Just re-machine the brake rotors (the left and right) and replace the pads.

Caliper was sticking because the piston was dam near fully pushed out. The caliper was and still is probably fine. Don't let the brakes get so low.

use to drive a Porsche 944 turbo and those came with the pads wear sensor, was expecting the same with the 350.
