Question Turning rotors.

I have been having real bad brake squeel, using aftermarket pads. I put back the stockers, and the squeel is even worse. I want to have the rotors turned and put in new pads.

When I had a Z32, you had to turn your brake rotors while they were on the car. I looked in the service manual for the Z33, and can't find anything on turning rotors. Do they have to be turned on the car also? If not I can just dismount them and take them in to a shop to be turned. Otherwise I have to deal with the dealer for this.
