Yea I dont care what it looks like on the inside but the point was that these were sold AS NEW but refurb or used, thats the question of the matter. if they are not NEW then I still want them but id go back and ask for money back since its not how it was described.

How much did you pay for them?. Were they marked down?. If so, it could be because of the stuff you talk about. Either way, just install them and take them for a spin.
If they work great, assume they are new
