Best Coilovers?
Do you just want to slam your car or use them for some sort of motorsport? If it's the latter....you will need to increase your price range.

Get Bilstein Pss10s. Very good out of the box and very customizable. You can revalve for custom spring rates for cheap. They're also easy to rebuild. Got mine used for a couple hundred under your budget.
If you ask me, 99% of people that dish out high end coilovers arent even at the skill to trully utilize their full potential anyways...and to be honest alot of people will never get that good haha. Takes a lot of track time and a lot of overall practice.
I ended up copping megan street coilovers for my car for ridiculously cheap, so I couldn’t pass them up. I was planning on being very disappointed but I really actually like them. Overall I was very impressed, specially considering that everyone talks madd garbage about the megans…
Im not saying get Megans! I only got them cause the price was so good and I needed to lower my car after I got my RPF1s in a rush. But I wouldn’t go so far as to make any claims that you HAVE to spend 2k dollars if you want to have your car handle good AND be “low”. IMO not very many people on here would even be able to tell the difference unless they had A LOT of track time and driving experience.
On that note:
I was pretty stuck on purchasing the Fortune Auto coils with the swift spring upgrade, I have heard nothing but great things about them on this forum as well as on other S chassis forums. I don’t know if they offer the adjustment extensions for the rear struts yet, but I would ask first. Regardless I personally think 1300 bucks is a perfect amount to spend for the average Joe trying to lower and improve handling a bit.

What about Tanabe Sustec Pro S-OC Coilovers? I have them on my Z and I think they are way better then stock. I dont use them for autox or racing but for more fun in a DD I like them alot. Also for the price you might have enough left over for some new sway bars
I would just do a D Spec shock and spring combo, you get a nice drop, way better dampers than any $1300 coilover will give you, and have money left over for sways.
Stance will go lower then BC's but to be honest the ride will be jarring regardless of what coilover setup u get for less 1300. I am happy with my Zeal coilovers but I doubt they will go as low as stance but then again, I don't care about how low my car can go.
