Default Think I need new front brake pads... wha should I get?

Car is at 26,000 and is a 2008 MT Z. If I'm doing a pad replacement on the front tires what do I need? What pads are the 'best' in quality, performance and availability? Just looking for stock or better. Don't do alot of racing in the Z but upgraded brakes would of course be a plus. This will be my first time doing my own break job. What will I need? Any tips?

Thanks for the help,

Mason

Cheap auto parts store pads work great, EBC green would be a nice step up. You need a c-clamp or caliper spreader and a 14mm wrench. Thats it.

I personally went with the oem nissan brake pads. Stops fine for street. Have about 3 pad changes so far with 105000 miles but if you mind the dust Google low dust brake pad 350z.
