i went and got an aliment. the guy told me my front is out of spec because of normal wear and tear. he claims that the front connecting rod might have started to sag. i suggested adjustable chamber arms and he said that would work. he quoted me 260 for parts(rods) and 400 for labor. i was thinking if im going to spend that much money i was thinking about buying around 1k worth in suspension upgrades, minus coilovers im already planning on those.my ffriends and i will install them. ive read about nismo bushings and swaylinks. i wanted to ask you guys what other weak components should i replace. my car is a 06 with 90k. thanks guys

o yeah i dd the care hard. no track time. plan on it on the future. so i dont want super aggressive parts.

06 and 90k miles equals you will certainly new compression rod bushings from a g35 ( cant buy just the bushing under z part #s) and new lower controll arm bushings.. upper arms? not usually necessary unless your ball joints are bad.. i doubt they are. Also rear subframe diff bushings.

Aside from that, your post isnt really descriptive of what youre trying to do.. try using search a bit, read up, then we can give you opinions.

sweet. soo replace all bushings. what about the front connecting rod sagging? is that true? should i replace that? anything else? swaybars are a must!
