Rear camber adjustment question
I just had my wheels aligned after installing coilovers and everything is fine except my rear tires are rubbing a bit over large bumps. My options are:
1) Adjust rear camber a little more negative to get clearance between tire and fender
2) Remove 10mm spacer from wheel (don't want to do this for aesthetic reasons)
3) Replace 285/35 tires with 275/35 tires to gain clearance between tire and fender (will do eventually when the 285's are cooked)
So for now I'm looking at option 1. While I know the "correct" answer is to go back to the shop and have them adjust the camber, is there any way I can accurately adjust camber in my driveway? I have SPC adjustable camber arms so I know I can change the camber, but what I'm curious about is whether there is a known relationship between turns on the camber arm adjusting nut versus degrees of camber, e.g. 1 full turn = 1 degree of camber (obviously I'm making those numbers up).
I have the spec sheet from the alignment that was performed two days ago and it says the camber is even on both sides in the rear, so theoretically I have a constant starting point for both sides. I can mark the adjusting nut so I know how far I've turned it. Just wondering how much angle each turn of the nut will get me.

Yep fenders rolled and the shop actually rolled them up a little tighter and even pushed/flared them out a bit when they did my alignment. But they also got my camber back into OEM spec with the car sitting at about 1 finger gap in the rear, whereas pre-coilovers it was on the ragged edge of OEM spec camber with about 2 fingers gap and not as tight of a roll.
If you adjust camber, toe does change. I have done my own alignment on the rack multiple times. Take the car back to the shop and add more camber. BTW you say is OEM spec, what is your oem camber, the specified range is -1.1 to -2.1 , so you have a lot of adjustment and can still be in range.
