I just got new Brembo drilled rotors and Brembo street performance pads in my Z and I know that sometimes it is not unusual for new brakes to squeak mildly but it seems like mine squeak quite a bit for new brakes. Is there something that I should be worried about? I have called the place that installed them and they just said that it is normal but i'm not so sure... Wanted to get some input from other Z owners. Thanks in advance!

Some rotor-pad combinations are noisy. Live with it.

 

I'm not sure how aggresive these pads/rotors are with out looking them up, however some performace rotors and pads will squeak for the life of the setup.

when i did my brembo swap and got stoptech pads and czp rotors my car sounded like a damn freight train. head out into the country, bed the **** out of them. I kept beating those bitches till they stopped screaming they've been fine since.
