Default Those W/ HR Lowered on Springs w/ Stock Shocks

Hi guys, I'd like to ask those with HR engines and lowered on springs with stock shocks how long the shocks lasted you before you replaced them. I have about 30K miles on the stock shocks and the mechanic said they are all blown, yet my ride quality didn't seem bouncy or anything at all? Ride quality is still like before...

I would be very surprised...ask him WHY he thinks they're blown. Fronts? rears? Do you have very rough roads in your area? Do you frequently ride with passengers? Get second opinion..don't go to retail place that sells shocks. I have 08 with 37K mi and just sold my stock shocks (for Nismo) .... they were like new.

Edited:
Oh..I saw you had it lowered..mine were with stock springs. Lowering will wear them out quicker. How much was it lowered?

Lol the reason i specifically asked HR was because our shocks were said to last longer than DE ones...

Anyways... I'm lowered on Tanabe GF-210 - 1"F, 1.5"R...

Not a lot of rough roads where i drive.

I dont hear any noise from my shocks and my car doesn't bounce around. I brought my car to a mechanic for tire flipping and he told me all 4 of my shocks were out and needed to be replaced...

What is the magnitude that's considered "super bouncy"?

When i go over speed bumps, my car doesn't get dumped to the ground or anything... It just feels normal, not super bouncy...
