Default Question on installing new rear shocks

Do you have to remove the rear paneling in the car to get to the bolts holding in the top of the shock? I've only had my Z a week so I have not looked it over that well. When I put my new wheels on in the rear, I looked at the rear upper mount and it looked like two studs came out of the body and all I have to do is remove the two nuts holding it in. Is that correct or are those bolts coming through and they are going to spin if I'm not holding the other side with a wrench.

If I do have to remove the rear interior, what exactly needs to be removed to give me sufficient access to the upper mount bolts?

Thanks!!

The stud are built into the body so just remove the nuts.

No you do not have to do a thing in the interior. All you do is loosen the nuts and the bolts or studs sway on the car.

Here's a pic of the upper mount looking up.

If it hyperlinks I'll be shocked, sorry cut and paste I guess.
