Default No E Brake

I need help, a while back i was replacing my rear wheel studs and at some point (probably hammering the disk) that little pin that connects the end of the e brake cable to the drum or whatever must have fallen out and i didnt notice. So i realized the e brake isnt working and notice the pin is not in the driver side rear but is in the opposite side. i am going to nissan to get another one and im just curious if anyone knows how hard its gonna be to put this new pin in there and how to do so? the part number is 36402C on this diagram.....
