Default Replacing springs

So i have some kw v3 coilovers, which come with progressive springs. I'm looking into swapping out the rears for some hypercoil springs. Seen here. http://www.injectedperformance.com/h...with60mmid.htm

My question is what height and rate should I get? My original plan was to use my 06 oem rear springs and cut the spring mount. Im tossing around the idea of swapping out the front as well.

do a search, poster gsedan35 has done something similar in the past. I think he said you'd need a 5" OD (not ID) spring, not sure what height, and saw off one end so it will sit correctly in the OEM bucket.

the front looks to be an easier solution, looks like a standard 2.5" ID spring will fit over the shock, you can possibly add your own spring top hat from searching oval track racing parts sites.

I may do something similar in the future.

Something like this in the rear. http://pitstopusa.com/c-134936-sprin...l-pigtail.html

I'm just not sure how tall the spring should be.
