Default SPL Rear Mid link V2 owners (spring bucket), need a dimension

http://cdn.splparts.com/tech/SPLRMLZ33.pdf

I need to know the dimension of the lower spring holding cup. It is the silver piece with the threaded body. I need to know the OD of the cylinder.

I have a very cool project that I am working on that will benefit several 350z/g35 members if it works out. I don't want to buy the spring buckets if they will not work but these look like a viable solution.

The mid link I just sold is still in transit to the buyer, once it arrives Ill have him post up to get you that info.

In the meantime, best I could do is measure the OD of the spring I had it in and tell you theres about 2mm of play, plus 1-2mm thickness of that collar. I know, probably not accurate enough.

^thanks.

Working on a way to make it possible to install an air cup suspension kit in the rear. Dont know how people have been doing it and have not seen it done/pictures of the install.

There was a 4 wheel set sold the other week.........wondering how the buyer is installing.

i thought the diameter of the bucket was 2.5inches?? At least according to their website, or maybe you wanted the outer diameter?
