Default Torque Specs Coilovers/Toe Arms/Camber Arms

I've been searching through this forum for a while looking for the torque specs for suspension parts on my Z. I will be installing BC true style coilovers, SPL rear toe arms w/lockout wahers, and camber arms. If anyone has these specs or a link to these specs please post them up!

Thanks in advance!

Drop by and hit up Roger at Paladin Advanced, he can let you know. Most of us just go tight as hell, just like the factory does it.

You can over-tighten also so be careful.

Exactly......thats why I want to get the correct torque specs Seems like most who do their own installing don't use a torque wrench?

For MOST things, I use a torque wrench and adhere to the published specs (plus maybe a little nudge past the click just to be sure). But when I installed my coilovers, somehow I convinced myself it was OK to just tighten everything by feel. Probably because I ran into the same problem you're having, which is that the various torque values are not readily available without having a shop manual. For whatever it's worth, I didn't hear any weird popping/clicking/etc. sounds or have any other obvious problems after doing it myself and getting everything "tight enough".

Also, I used a standard 1/2" drive ratchet (Craftsman, maybe 9" long?), to give you an idea of the amount of leverage I had on the nuts/bolts. Use a breaker bar to get everything loose (if needed), but use something with a shorter lever arm to tighten everything back up.

Ya I know what ya mean....I turn wrenches for a living too! Suspension parts just worry me a bit, so I was trying to give myself a piece of mind thats all. I have installed coilovers two time before on my previous cars and never had a problem........just thought I would try it the correct way thats all.
