Question 2006 Base Model Aftermarket Brake Suggestions?

Does anybody have a specific aftermarket brake set-up for the 2006 base model? I was considering Brembo's but I'm not an expert on brakes. I know STOPTECH and HAWK and a few other brands are alternative's but does anybody have a good aftermarket set-up they could recommend?

Why do you want them? Looks? Performance? Do you track the car? Autocross? Budget?

YEP

If it's performance/looks and you're willing to spend $$$, then the BIG BRAKE is the way to go.
The 06+ models (non brembo) have pretty good brakes and all you need for better performance is an upgraded pad. Stoptech Performance Pads are great for street and occassional track events. If you want to go to the next level, then add Stoptech Slotted/ Cryo rotors front and rear for around $400. I just added those to my rear. Also add SS brake lines. You can get stage 2 kits with all this from Stoptech, but I would get them separately for much less.
Here's what I did for my 08 (same brake set up):
I put Stoptech Big Brakes (13") on the fronts only..they are designed to run with stock rears. I paid $1430 shipped (retail is around $2100). I can tell you where to get them for that price. I wanted the looks and performance. On the rears I added SS lines and the slotted/cryo rotors only. You do NOT need the Big Brakes on the rear, but if you want the complete look, then add another $1500.

Default Performance / Looks?

The looks are just a plus, but more for performance. I'm not turning my Z into a track car or anything. I did some research and talked to a few people, but i cant seem to get the right response. Original question and topic i was researching was a OEM Brembo setup for both front and rear rotors, calipers and pads. but budget, probably looking around spending $2000, unless i can find a good deal on something a little more pricey.
