Thought I'd post a picture so its very clear to everyone what I'm talking about. This rust ring is after one wash and shouldn't be considered normal..
It's NORMAL
All aftermarket rotors for these are ONE size to accomodate multiple applications. In this case, the rotors have a larger swept area than required. Rust isn't a problem here and you can just leave em alone. I painted mine with high temp paint... painting the unswept area...in fact, I did this ON THE CAR. Masked off most of the actual swept area and it cleaned up when I ran them. Simple way to go.
