My brakes started squealing right around the same time I got into an accident. After my car was fixed, they were still squealing so figured it wasn't from the accident and I replaced the rear pads on Sunday. They're still squealing, and here's the kicker. I'm not even pressing the brake half the time, it's a random noise when moving. What do you think is causing this? The E-brake?
