Default Upgrading & Need Some Opinions!!!

Someone from the G35driver told me to post on here since there are more track guys and I would get a better result.

This is my dilemma.

I have been meaning to upgrade all the bushing on my G. I'm talking front, rear and subframe. I have been looking into get the whiteline bushing if I go with a poly compound. I am very interested in the SPL Pro products ( I talking every product they sell) but I'm not sure how I feel about solid metal bushing.

I was wondering if there are any fellow members that have whiteline bushings or if any adventured with solid metal bushings.

I Do NOT care about comfort I'm all about performance and handling.

I do have coil overs with upgraded springs (14k front 12k rear). They are also on the stiffest setting offered. I have stillen sways as well.

Thanks guys

Is the car track only or still a street car? I can give you a really good rundown of what to get. My car is full SPL and had whiteline bushings in the past.

It is being used for street ATM, I'm hoping to be getting a another car soon. I will still hit the street on the weekends. I enjoy driving a car that can handle extreme, aggressive driving.

SPL Diff
Whiteline Subframe
Whiteline Upper rear control arm bushings
Whiteline spring bucket bushings (if you don't run aftermarket toe arms)
Megan or SPL traction arms (lots of stiction removed by getting rid of OEM )
Whiteline front LCA bushings (mid and inner )
SPL compression arn bushing.

Whiteline rear shock bushing on knuckle if on OEM style coilovers, SPL if on true coilovers.

Alignment -2 front camber, least amount of toe to be in spec
-2 rear camber, toe in OEM spec.

Quality tires.

Coilovers, springs , shocks etc etc, ask if you need to know.

My goal is to have this set up all done at once. I was thinking it might have been better to stay with the same manufacture (bushing wise) but I have heard many good things about whiteline.

SPL Products:
-Rear
Camber links
Rear toe links
Rear traction
Rear endlinks
Solid diff

-Front
Front endlinks
V5 front outer tie rod ends
Tein front inner tie rods
V3 front upper arms

No need for the Tein inner rods unless drifting or yours are worn out, and everything in the rear is almost useless unless you swap out the subframe bushings. The subframe is where most of the rear end flex is. I ran Whiteline at first, then went to Sikky raised solid bushings.

Why did you go with a raised subframe busing?

Changes the roll center for better handling. Very nice for a dedicated track car. They are freaking loud compared to the whiteline bushings when running with SPL diff bushings.

Nothin my exhaust can't drain out. I would have never thought about raising the rear subframe. I really appreciate everything you have told me so far. Im sure I'll have more questions down the road. How long have you been tracking your Z for?

Your exhaust will not drown it out, trust me. The only time i can not hear it is with my helmet on.

I have been tracking it for almost 6 years now.

I have the SPL aluminum rear diff bushings in. Got them installed when i noticed my stockers were leaking. definitely decreased the wheel hop on hard launches, slightly more drivetrain noise but still sounds good, rear end feels a little more planted. Haven't done the subframe bushings yet though.
