Was looking fro OEM brembos online and happened to run across these. Checked them out and they seem to have a bunch of great reviews on them from the M5 forums and I was just wondering has anybody got these?

Looks like Megan , I would stick with quality, and available parts and pads. I can get pads from anyone for Wilwood , no problem getting rotors. This is the same with all major brands

With brakes terra is correct that is what makes your car stop. Never Ever cheap out or try an off brand. No matter how good the deal is

Wouldn't trust the bmw crowd, they seem to love cheap wheels as well as all sorts of budget parts.

You may want to rephrase that. The link above is just FYI

Here is the post from director:

Hello everyone,

I am Cedric Milharo, director and founder of CEIKA Limited.

I couldn't help but noticing this topic with the big spike in visits on our website coming from the m5board.

Our brand is new, we've launched our website 3 months ago. Before that, we have been selling coilovers for the last 3 years on our ebay store in Australia. Maybe you've seen our blue and gold coilovers before on Ebay.

We've recently launched our big brake kits. We chose the best manufacturers for each components in order to sell high quality and affordable brake kits. Our parts makers have ISO 9000:2008 certificates, and only quality materials and tight tolerances for the machining are used. The calipers are forged in 6061 T6 alloy, we use steel and seals from Japan and the Teflon for our brake lines is made in England. We are undergoing TUV certification for our rotors too.

We specialise in designing and manufacturing custom coilovers and brake kits built to order, in order for you to get the best suited setup for your use. You can choose the size of the calipers and rotors, materials of the pistons, the color of the calipers and hats for free, upgrade to true full floating rotors for high performance applications and more… (CEIKA | 8 pot Big Brake Kit)

We have 3 compounds of brake pads, specialy designed for our rotors, and we also have all the spare parts, rebuild kits, rotor rings, etc… in stock and we provide them at direct factory price for our customers. You can also use parts and brake pads from AP racing, Alcon, PAGID, Brembo, Porsche, Wilwood, Hawk, Ferodo and more if you prefer.

All our parts are manufactured in Taiwan, not China, our company is registered in Hong Kong. Taiwan produces over 90% of the world calipers and brakes components. They have all the expertise and knowledge with all the foreign companies investing there for their productions. Most of the big brands out there buy their brake kit components and calipers from a few makers in Taiwan. To show higher standards, some brands also buy the calipers with raw casting, and do the machining in their country like in the US or England.

We also have a 2 year warranty on our calipers body, 3 months on the rotors and 1 year on the rest of the components.

I will be happy to give a discount if somebody wants to give our brakes a go, and you can judge the quality and share with everyone. We have been selling to Australia and Japan mainly and customers are impressed with the quality for the price and our coilovers have had great success and reliability in all kinds of applications from street to gravel rally.

Also, I am a car enthusiast and i enjoy providing parts for old cars or rare cars custom built (at no extra cost). I would love to develop brake kits (or coilovers) for old or rare BMW. We've developed coilovers for BMW E21, E28, and we are developing brakes and coilovers for the BMW 2002 (1960~1975).

Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Best regards,
Cedric Milharo

The guy on the second page is running these on his Porche GT3 that he tracks and said they perform very well. Think might have to check these out. Could just be rebranded Ksport or D2 calipers1.

Promising, but highly suspect. Until they start winning races, I would consider them as "Megan". So no OP, at least for now.

Oh no terra, this was purely a curious question, Im only using wilwood 6 pot kits, stoptech kit, or the akebono kit, or the oem brembo kit for my car.

I saw that post and thats why i asked, they might just be a new company trying to get in the door, but he is only using their rotors not the calipers.

Lol definitely suspect, thats why i brought it to the forums before some noob did and started overpraising them because they are better than his oem 1 pot brakes.

Has anyone spring on buying a set of this setup yet?

The bmw had youtube links for unboxing.

Yet very few reviews other than the GT3 guy on those forums.

Unboxing of Ceika 8pot/6pot BBK - YouTube

To me tracking the vehicle isn't really important, spirited mountain driving is where I get my jollies. I need to replace the rears (calipers) anyway and figured I'd upgrade. I'm willing to try out a new company's gear, just want to do as much research as I can before purchasingl. I'm pretty much piece meal on what I can upgrade and the price is right.

If your just doing spirited driving, just keep your oem brakes and get better pads. You dont need a 8pot/6pot kit for mountain and canyon driving.

Thanks for the advice that I didn't ask for.

"just want to do as much research as I can before purchasing"

This thread is about Ceika, right?

I have those same kitchen scissors, they perform well. Although I'm not a professional chef they will cut chicken and other foods well. I don't use them for cutting boxes or other packaging open since I prefer to keep them food dedicated, I mean who doesn't have an extra pair of scissors in another drawer for that kind of thing.

Just in case you misspelled scissors instead of Ceika.
