Creaking coming from rear suspension
I've had 3 shops look at my car and none of them have been able to pinpoint the issue.
I'm getting a nasty creaking sound from the left rear side (I believe it's also starting on the right rear as well). The car also sits noticeably lower on the driver side.
Like I said, nobody has been able to pinpoint the issue. The general consensus is that it's the struts/springs making the noise, but I'd like to get some other opinions before I throw $1k+ into coilovers etc.
Has anyone had a similar issue?
Here's a video of the creaking.

I would get it on jack stands. Take the wheel off. Get your head in their and move the suspension components around. You should be able to determine exactly where the noise is coming from. Then replace parts as necessary.

I've got the exact same creaking noise on my base 2003. Never found out what it was. Recently, I've also started to get some rattling noise in the rear when I'm going over bumpy or cracked roads. Not sure if its related. I'm going to try the ebrake thing after work.
You can hear that sound from the e-brake as well if you've ever left it engaged and jacked up the front end of your car. It's just the pads moving against the hub a little. Now the rattling noise is probably something completely different.
I had a similar creaking sound and found that the lateral link on the right rear had come completely off it's rubber bushing where it connected to the body of the car in front of the rear wheel. The lateral link referred to as the comp radius rod by Nissan was rubbing against the body of the car and the rubber bushing. Once replaced the creaking stopped. I did have to get my 04 ZR's wheels realllgned.
Would either of the two issues above cause the sagging on the drivers rear side, or is that my spring going bad?
I also hear a clicking/rattling when going over bumps.
I have an AT and don't use the e-brake, so it's not that.

Sagging at any corner of a car usually indicates a bad spring or strut, however, with most things in your suspension you can't just replace one, you would have to do both sides and in your case both rear springs. I know how you feel, it is really uncomfortable to start throwing money at something without being 100% sure that you have targeted the problem. There may not be any other way to locate the problem other then replacing the most likely culprit and moving on from there.
I'm not too worried about replacing specific springs/struts. I'm about to install coilovers (just need the time).
My biggest fear is that I'll get these coilovers installed and it'll turn out to be something else causing the problems.
I'll update once I have the coilovers installed.

When and where exactly does it make those sounds?
My rear swaybar creaks when going over bumps or when getting in/out of the car.

Just an update. Had coilovers installed by VSR (S&R) in Tampa today and it's still making noise.
Going back on Tuesday for an alignment, so I'll see if they can figure out what's wrong.
